• 2013 Swim Team Practice has started! Evening Practices Only.
  The coaches plan to hold practice even if its cold. This will serve as a great opportunity to meet and greet. Actual pool time will be dependent on the weather but please do come prepared to swim regardless.

• SWIMSUITS:
  If you need to try on a swim suit Maya Ress will be at the pool Monday the 13th from 6pm-7pm. Swimmers must be DRY to try on a suit to ensure proper fit. If you know your size and need to order a swim suit, email Caroline Silver at csilver@ecanc.com.


• The Tarheel Swimming Association (TSA) has brought back the TSA Championship Meet. This is sure to be a fun event for all. For 2013, the TSA Championship Meet will be at TAC (indoor aquatic center near Cary Towne Center). We are not sure yet which day our team is scheduled to compete but save the dates (July 20 & 21st) and plan to attend! We will send out further details when they become available.


• Spirit Wear Store will be open during the Red/White Meet Tuesday, June 4 from 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM



• You must indicate an absence, a late arrival or early departure prior to meet nights!
  Failure to sign out on the bulletin board creates CHAOS for our coaches. If you are going to be late, leave early or miss a meet, sign the bulletin board by Friday evening prior to a meet. If something unpredictable comes up- email Coach Robert ASAP, robertcgeiger@gmail.com.  Last minute changes to the lineups are very difficult and disruptive.

• Swim Team Board Meetings are scheduled for the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7pm at the pool during swim season.

• Scholarships and Grants for Swimmers
  Parents of Rising Seniors and Graduating Seniors – Scholarships are available through TSA!

  * The TSA awards $400 Cecil L. Williamson TSA Educational Grants to twenty recent high school graduates.

  2012 Southern League Division One Champions!
  We may have set a meet record for the longest meet ever attended but it was sure worth it in the end. The final score was 267.5 Shepherds Vineyard to 246.5 Preston!

  Many thanks to Head Coach Robert and our fantastic coaching staff. They put together a tactical and smart lineup that held the lead the entire night. Heartfelt thanks to ALL parent volunteers as without you, we could not have these meets. Our place judges and our TSA rep John Nunnally also most certainly deserve a round of applause!
